Information Collection Parameters
We collect information necessary to provide specialized financial consulting and system access. This is categorized into two primary streams:
- Direct Identifiers Full name, institutional affiliation, email address, and professional phone number provided via our contact channels.
- Technical Telemetry IP addresses, browser specifications, and session logs recorded during your engagement with the Mumbai Quant Systems Trading Lab.

Purpose of Processing
Retention & Disposal Protocols
We do not retain information longer than is functionally required for the execution of our quant systems development or as mandated by Indian financial statutes.
Duration
Interaction logs are purged every 180 days. Active client profile data is maintained for the duration of the consulting term plus five years for audit trails.
Security
All local storage occurs within isolated, air-gapped segments of our Mumbai 49 facility. We employ multi-factor authentication for all portal access points.
Transfer
Data is never transferred outside of India unless specifically requested by an institutional client for global deployment scenarios, governed by strict SCCs.
